   Amazing food, great service, beautiful ambiance - felt like I was in Italy! Been here twice now and was served by the lovely Shana and then Marvin on the second time. Both incredible at their job and were so warm and welcoming - absolute favorite restaurant on the island!

   Always an exceptional experience at Roma. Wait staff is attentive, but not intrusive. There’s a varied menu for large groups with different interests. And all the food is always delicious.

   Superb dining in a romantic tropical garden! The service is exquisite especially if you have Ciara. She is a beautiful young lady who is always smiling, attentive ( even on the busiest nights) and extremely charming. The food is fantastic- from amazing versions of any pasta you can name to memorably delicious pizza. All is enhanced by a well thought out wine list to brilliantly concocted cocktails thanks to Ivy and the handsome, talented Miloje who created the best Hugo this side of Roma- the other of across the sea. Do not miss this unforgettable experience . We stayed nearby for a week and came here four wonderful times! Say hello to Marco, whose thoughtful concept this is and runs this world class restaurant. He is just magic!

   The entire team at Roma is amazing. Everyone works hard to ensure guests have an amazing experience. There are a lot of choices to dine in St Maarten, and Roma is consistently great. You can’t go wrong here.
