Second time round at this restaurant and has not disappointed. Took some friends here and they quite liked the food. Steak was cooked very well, and portions were sizeable. A platter for two can certainly be more than enough for two people to eat but allows you to get some other sides if you wish. Had the calamari this time round and it was superb. Very crispy and perfectly cooked. Not rubbery and chewy.

This place is a gem! The food was delicious and bountiful. We had the beef brisket as well as the chicken tacos and both were outstanding. Don’t forget to order the corn cob sides and slaw, scrumptious! Service was friendly and helpful, we had a memorable meal

Garry and his team were very accomodating when we attended Roast Republic with a Bux party of 12. One of our guests is a pescatarian and he was looked after and raved about how good the fish was. All the food Food was quick to come out, was hot, fresh and really tasty. The wait staff were always prepared to make sure you had what you needed and that the scraps etc were out of the way. None of us had been to Roast Republic before and attended purely on the back of reviews and Im happy to report, it more than lived up to the reviews. Great place and people.

Had a great meal here! We ordered the beef ribs and chicken wings combo—huge portions, so much that we couldn’t finish it all. The beef ribs were incredibly tender, just falling off the bone. The chicken wings were tasty but a bit too sweet for my liking. Overall, really good food and definitely worth trying!

We traveled from rural NSW for my husbands 40th Birthday. The staff were unbelievable, so helpful, we had a cake delivered and stored in the cool room, one guest had food intolerances and they worked around that for us. Easily the best restaurant we’ve been to, and food was amazing! Everyone had an excellent night - thank you.
