Service and food were both amazing. My SIL and I shared the tuna appetizer and we both really loved it. I had the fig and quinoa salad and it was delicious - and really different. Perfectly dressed.

We had a 7pm reservation. We arrived at the site at 6:50. Parking proved difficult. We used municipal parking which only had one functional pay station, therefore a line to use.
We arrived at restaurant at 7:12pm. The host/ manager announced that our table was given away because we were late. He looked annoyed and unfriendly. He admonished us repeatedly that we should have called. He must have said 5 times. For a minute I was confused. Was I a patron or his employee ? I told him about the parking but he looked so angry and answered with his staple one liner "you should have called".
He relented and gave us a table as though he was doing us a favor. In fact he said " I'll do it THIS time".
We really should have walked out after such treatment, but after a long drive, and the parking issues, we really didn't want to cut our noses to spite our faces ..but it did set the tone and kinda ruined our evening. The server and bus staff were delightful. The food was good. But unfortunately none of it made up for that proverbial first impression.

He seemed quite upset with us for being a few minutes late and repeatedly mentioned that we should have called, even though we were doing our best to navigate the parking situation. The tone and approach made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and it really set a negative tone for the evening.

I really appreciate the concept of this restaurant. The ambiance is great and the service was even better. Was able to order a drink that wasn't listed on the menu and it was very good. The presentation of our food was very nice, but unfortunately the taste was just OK. Would still recommend giving it a try.

I had the pastrami and my wife had the chicken with purple potatoes. Both were excellent. The mushroom appetizer was great. Service was very good. Owner was very attentive.

My group we meet once a month just to catch up. This place was a wonderful experience of culinary arts. I loved their weekly U.SA. State show case. The service is amazing. You feel attention to details and making you feel at home . The drinks are great & portions very good & plates inviting. We will be back for sure!

Our third time to Road Trip and we have enjoyed it greatly each time. The service is always great and we appreciate the creative dishes. Today it was the honey lime chicken lollipops. It’s also a nice space and tends to be a festive crowd. We’ll be back again

A very interesting concept (every week they change their specials to another state in the country), hence a lot of variety!
Something for everyone and ranks slightly over casual but slightly under fine dining.
