   The food was amazing, it was our first time there. We normally don’t spend a lot on eating out, but wanted a special meal out and this did not disappoint!

   Our entrees and cocktails were excellent, some of our favorite food that we have had in a while. However, the entrees (fried green tomatoes) and dessert (crème brûlée) were rather uninspired. Not bad, just … average. The service was great as was the ambiance and overall my wife and I enjoyed our Valentine dinner. We’ll return at some point but, I can’t say that we are in a hurry to do so.

   Great evening. Friendly staff. Food was incredible. The Caesar dressing had a little spiciness to it, I couldn’t make it out. Not bad, just different. Not to my liking but I did eat the salad. Not a negative, just a little different. Main course and veggies were perfect. Enjoyed. Highly recommend.

   Service was polite, clean, and interested in my presence. The view was great for pictures, must go outside to get the great views. You can be seated outside. Salmon was the best. Chimichurri on steak was not right. Flavor wrecked the dish (Need Garlic). This was my 1st time at Rick Erwin's for my 23 year anniversary. Looking forward to my next visit. Will know better for seating and food choices. Prices were fair for experience. Super, great waiter named Luke. Thank you for a wonderful night of celebration.

   We came for dinner after our wedding ceremony and loved it! The staff went above and beyond with sparklers, card, and drinks along with great service anns food. Awesome experience!

   Excellent all the way around. The food was phenomenal!! Had a party of 5 and we all enjoyed our meal and service!!! This is definitely a five star restaurant!!!

   Very disappointed. It took 3 hours to get our food. Both salads were not appetizing. The oysters were amazing. Staff was great. The taste of the food did not match the prices. We were offered free dessert. However a food discount was more acceptable. We traveled over an hour to get there based off other reviews but the experience was not what we expecting.

    First time at the Level 10 location in Spartanburg. Too cold to experience the outdoor patio but we will return to check out the views. Food and service were excellent as at all the Rick Erwin restaurants. JC was excellent young mixologist at the bar before dinner. Ashlyn was an excellent server at dinner. An enjoyable evening and we will return. Highly recommended.
