   Nice design but the food was very one note. We had the charcuterie board appetizer, shrimp & vegetable salad (oily and unappetizing), lobster roll (plain and dry), and hamburger (reminiscent of McDonald’s flavor). The only thing we enjoyed was the side of fries which were hot and crispy. Will not go back.

   Ambiance is beautiful for a special occasion. Food options and quality is good. The service we experienced was surprisingly slow for the amount of staff they have. We had to ask twice for certain items and our waitress never came back after we received our food to check-in.

   i would say the food is a bit over price for what it is and it was very plain presentation. however, te ambiance made up for it especially on a nice sunny warm winter day

   It was an amazing place to celebrate for my wife and I. We had just gotten married and they even gave us complimentary champagne for a toast.

   Very loyal to all RH locations the ambiance is just top tier and romantic! This Palo Alto location is wonderful with the 3-stories and rooftop restaurant. Staff was very welcoming ! Thank you

   It was our 48th year wedding anniversary and my husband had never been here. They initially seated us in a two top on an aisle right next to a 4 top so we were in essences part of their table. The server broke the cork on our $400 bottle of special wine and they didn’t have a decanter. I guess we needed to. Ring our own, we asked to move to the 4top when the party left so we’d have some separation and they were accommodating. The food was very good but for the price I would opt for a more knowledgeable staff and more care for our occasion. I booked through Open Table with a notation on the occasion. It ended up very nice with comp dessert, move to a better location and Sebastian (sp) was a charming host! He was excellent!

   The greens with the prawns were way over salted. The prawns were on the salty side as well. The wine pour was undersized, it would have been nice to have been warned about that prior to ordering. The ambience and service were excellent in my view.

   We had our appointment at 2 pm on Sunday. We ordered Mini Lobster Rolls, Filet, Branzino, Potato Puree, and two dessert Butterscotch Brulee and Affogato. Foods were really good, but the sad thing was, I wanted to order rib eye, and it was out! The environment was great. Beautiful decoration. Distance between each table was fine, not too crowded. Overall is 4.9 out of 5 (0.1 subtraction for no rib eye)

   It’s always a treat to be in RH! I come back here when I need to reset. Not only a great place to be, it’s also an excellent food and service.
