   Tasty food if one likes lots of salt and butter. The server asked sparkling or flat water and I answered flat. She then asked if bottle was okay, which was a first for me, and I said yes because I didn’t want to feel cheap (it was my son’s birthday). She then arrived with a bottle and filled our big glasses to the top. I almost thought she wouldn’t have enough to fill four glasses. She finishes the bottle in one pour and then leaves an other opened bottle on the table. I didn’t want to throw away my $11 / bottle (including tip and employee surcharge) water so I ended up skipping wine. It seemed clear to me she did this (most likely because management taught her to do this) to sell me another bottle of $11 flat water. This upsets me particularly since I just returned from Calgary where both flat and sparkling water was served at no charge. She also asked if I was finished and wanted to take my food away while the rest of the table was in the middle of finishing their food. The room is nice, people were having a good time, but I just wished the restaurant cared more about the customer and less about the short-term bottom line.

   After all the months of anticipation, RH has not disappointed. I have had many lunches and dinners at this beautiful restaurant and the food and service are always perfect.

   We have dinned at the Marin location several times and was excited for a closer location. It was beautiful, food was amazing, wine was delicious and service was exceptional. Thank you RH for this amazing dining and shopping experience.

   Another wonderful luncheon at RH Palo Alto. The atmosphere is so beautiful, the food was excellent and our server was very nice. Highly reccomend.

   Very noisy. French dip expensive on its own but adding fries as a side isn’t a good value. Personnel excellent

   We love the brunch @ RH rooftop restaurant in Palo Alto. The food, service and the environment were all excellent. It had a very pleasant ambience. The view from the restaurant was beautiful.
