    It was a little disappointing that with less than 3 weeks to go before Christmas, that the house and the grounds were decorated at all. Seems like a huge WHIFF of an opportunity to take a historic home and deck it out for the winter holidays and instead just…have it looking normal. Seems like a real missed opportunity. The food and service was great as always…we were just hoping that the home would be decorated in a more festive way.

    Artichoke appetizer outstanding! My nephew and his wife had filets. Overcooked. My rib sandwich was fatty. Our appetizers arrived before our drinks we were seated close to the outdoor patio and people kept going in and out allowing freezing air to breeze by us. It was my third time there and the only time I have been disappointed

    The staff is what makes this place special besides the ambience! They were so accommodating for all our plans and changes even though we were late! Thank you!
