   We've been to Retro several times and the service, food and overall vibe are always top notch. Staff is friendly without being overbearing, and although the menu doesn't change often, they change it enough to make it worth a repeat visit. My only complaint is the value. Everything is clearly overpriced for what is delivered. I'm ok with the prices provided it's reflected in the quality of ingredients or creativity. If you're ok with that aspect, it's definitely a great spot. We just go sparingly.

   The food was fantastic. Moe was a great and knowledgeable server. He had great energy and made my friend and I feel well taken care of. Great vibes all around.

   Food was amazing. Service was great! Solid menu. The restaurant was spotless and the attention to detail with the retro decor did not go unnoticed. This is a great quaint, casual, and cozy spot for delicious food and a fun night out. Ottawa foodies are lucky to have this place!

   My first visit to Retro Gusta. What a nice surprise! Cosy, casual, great food, very authentic. Wish they had a couple of pasta items on the menu along with a gelato option for dessert. Otherwise no complaints at all. Great find!

    I think I’ve found my new favourite pizza restaurant! The mushroom pizza was delicious, thin crust with generous cheese and mushroom toppings, very fresh and their cocktails were amazing!
