Water, rice and people are the three ingredients that go into making sake. The cuisine is made up of several sequences inspired by Japanese know-how and French terroir, and we're having fun linking these two worlds thanks to the incredible drink that is sake. Ryuichi Utsumi started out in Japanese cuisine, working in his native country in the world of sushi. Then, wanting to diversify, he studied French gastronomy and decided to settle in Paris. Ryuichi Utsumi's cuisine is unique and will take you on a journey between France and Japan.

An absolutely exquisite dining experience! This Franco-Japanese fusion restaurant is a true gem. Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with unique, well-balanced flavors. The combination of French technique with Japanese ingredients is perfectly executed, creating an innovative and memorable menu. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel special from start to finish. Highly recommend this culinary journey to anyone looking for something truly exceptional.
