   I was very put off to how crammed it was…this was my first visit and I entered on the bar side. The staff treated me with respect, however, I was annoyed at how I had to slink around to find the hosting station. The food is excellent, but the service is a bit slow. The “ambiance” setting made it hard to read the menu. My friend paid and I told her that we’re only coming back if she’s buying. It was too crammed, too dark and the parking situation annoyed me. It is also very pricey here.

   Love the food and bread they bring out is top notch like soaked in olive oil goodness! My lobster gnocchi dish was great with nice pieces ot lobster - dirty martini should be in martini glass though and don’t charge me extras for olives, that’s rude to a drink that comes with olives! Service was great end love Frank Sinatra music they play. Possibly they need a little more lighting in there just a wee bit more. But nice ambiance yes!

   We decided upon Relic on State for our Fat Tuesday Celebration, and it did not disappoint. Dan the Bartender was enjoyable, from his personality to custom Sazeracs… we will be back for their extended Happy Hour. Our Server, Stephanie and Adam her Trainee were excellent. The Smash Burger Special and Fries were cooked to perfection. And, the ambiance was great.

   Super expensive, bad quality. My filet was tough. Truffle fries had no truffle. Bar service was terrible, waited 10 minutes to be served. Bar only had one random type of Tequila that smelled like rubbing alcohol. Didn’t have ingredients for another drink on their drink menu. Would not recommend. Go to Rocco’s or Capital Grille. You’ll have a better meal and pay less.

   Food was 50/50 some was good. Apps and Brussel sprouts were decent. Sold out of Halibut at 7 and the steak was one of the worst I’ve had in a long time. Drinks were good. Service was slow and they would keep bringing food without clearing the table and it was a small table. I expect more for the price being charged.

    Food was delicious as always except my fish was cold and there were no salt and pepper shakers on the table. After the food was delivered, we didn’t see our server for a good 10 minutes so I ate the cold fish and by the time she came back to our table, my husband ate most of his steak. For what they charge for wine, there was about 2 oz’s in the glass which is very disappointing.
