   Absolutely loved The Refinery! This was our first time eating here and we chose the Refined Dining. We loved everything about our experience from our great Server, Michael to the excellent food and the view. Perfection! We will definitely be back.

   Beautiful restaurant with gorgeous ocean views. Was there for brunch. Food was delicious. Drinks were great too. Will definitely be back!!

   Another great experience at the Refinery. We come here every time we visit Jax. This was our 5th visit. We came for the view the first time, we return for the food. The Tuna was delicious, the roasted cauliflower steak was better than expected, the brussels keep getting better, and you could live off the bread alone. But then you wouldn’t have room for the peach cake. Refinery- so great, keep it up!!!

   Hostesses were slow to acknowledge us and check us in. They were out of sync as well. Very painful introduction to the restaurant as they seemed very unsure of the process and unenthusiastic. We requested a window seat in our reservation as well when we arrived. When we were brought to our table, there was a wall about about 2 or more feet in front of us, blocking the actual view. However there were approximately 3 or 4 other tables at the window that were available and remained open for at least 30 to 40 minutes after. We did request to be moved and the hostess seemed quietly outraged by the request. We saw her annoyance. Ridiculous reaction when the request could have and should have been easily accommodated, especially since it was noted twice and the tables were available for an extended time after. Ambience is lacking. It was so bright that we had to ask for the lights to be turned down.

   Patrick, our server was fantastic. Attentive, but not intrusive. The food was innovative, top quality, and well prepared. We truly enjoyed the unique platings and flavors of the chef’s offers. Even the dessert was unique and incredibly delightful. And, with drinks and dessert and aperitifs, this top-tier meal cost about half what we pay for similar or worse at other fine dining establishments. The seats were very comfortable. Our noise rating was due to a very large party of about 30 corporate folks who were incredibly loud, and who had similarly felt another venue we were at the previous evening was their own personal rave party venue. This is not Refinery’s fault. We will absolutely come here again.

   Loved the thanksgiving dinner with my family. The menu choices were perfect, food was delicious and bursting with flavor. The meal was a totally delightful experience.

   I mistakingly reserved a table in the bar area.the hostess gladly changed our table to the upstairs setting and a Easily accommodated 3 more people to our reservation. We were given the Thanksgiving Pride tixe menu, but upon request, we were able to order from the standard menu.. Everything worked out perfectly. Thank you!

   Excellent buffet brunch with great choices of savory & sweet (especially the pumpkin bread pudding - Thanksgiving week). Exceptional server and unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he was engaging and helpful. The view was great and all in all I’d highly recommend.

    Blake was extremely knowledgeable and suggested a few items. We were a party of 4, and each had a different entree. Cashew salmon, chicken gnocchi, tuna, and pork chop. Every entree looked fantastic and tasted even better.
