   Delicious food! Ordered shrimp, scallops risotto, lobster tail, bone in rib eye steak. Steak was so soft & cooked to perfection, medium rare. All entries were very flavorful. Service was unsurpassed!

   Our server “Jesus” was excellent along with Maria Sanchez, our bus person. They are a great team! They anticipate our needs and are very attentive. Our steaks (Rib eye and New York) were excellent. The dessert, banana cream pie was great!

   When we go to the Redwood Steakhouse, we would always request for Jesus to be our server because he is attentive, he definitely has knowledge of the menu, and is very accommodating when we have any special requests. Whoever assists him, they always work as a team and provide us with exceptional service. The food was awesome. The rib-eye steak was very juicy and tender and cooked to perfection! We will definitely go back anytime we are in Vegas at the California Hotel.

   My wife and I enjoyed the entire experience: drinks were made perfectly, appetizers were delicious, and our main courses were well prepared. The baked escargot was excellent with generous servings, the Smoked Pork Belly was maybe the best we have had. My lamb chops were delicious, and my wife's seabass was superb and again generous. Will definitely plan a return visit!

   Outstanding service, waiter great & attentive, bus-lady outstanding, our Alaskan king crab legs, lobster, mashed potatoes & veggies really awesome flavor…….$$$$ well spent.
