   Reservation doesn’t make sense. You reserve, come before your reservation time but wait more than 1 hour to be seated. So what’s the point of reserving your spot?

   When we first got there everything went so well for mothers day dinner. We got our drinks soon after and a couple of appetizers. Then we ordered our entrees. This is where it all went south. We waited so long for our food to come out. I had to sit and watch tables that ordered after us get their food before us. We were patient and did not complain. Then 4 sides were brought over to us first (2 plate of fries, mac n cheese, and broccoli), which was very strange, but we were so hungry by that point we just started eating. Then another side of shrimp 2 clam chowders and one entree (salmon) was brought over and given to my mother which was actually for my wife that also ordered a different salmon dish but by the time my wife noticed it was hers my mom had already started to eat it and so we just let her eat it being its mothers day and she was hungry. We then got most entrees a bit later. I ordered the duo lobstertail with the cajun butter but only had regular butter with it. 10 minutes later, out comes the cajun butter and i have half a lobster tail left on my plate out of the 2. Extremely disorganized kitchen. Still left a decent tip but was not a very good experience like we remembered it in the past. Prefer the Fairfield location when we went and feel that one was ran a lot smoother when we ate there years ago. Bill over 300 you'd think it would be different. Oh well.

   good overall. Service was attentive even though it was a saturday night. food was better than expected and was a good value

   My sister REALLY ENJOYED the lobsterfest . We both had Grand Patron Margaritas, she had the Lobster Lovers Dream 3, I had the Lobster Lovers Dream 2, and a Lobster Roll. Having been to Maine and had the real thing, this one did not quite measure up but was West Coast good. The Lobster Mac n Cheese and the Roasted Garlic Lobster Tails were EXCELLENT. Erica provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Our choices were predicated on tasty leftovers which we had.

   Our server was great. Regrettably, I do not recall her name. She was very welcoming. She allowed us to take our time to order. But after we ordered, our food came quickly.

   The server was very helpful in letting us know what the specials were and quick to take our orders and advise when they would be out.

    Food and service was outstanding. There was a 45-minute delay to several tables' worth of customers as additional wait staff was due to arrive at 4:45 PM (Saturday, 29 Apr) and there were several tables sitting idle. I didn't mind waiting as I had just driven in from out of town, but some advance notice for folks making reservations between 4:00 and 4:30 would have been helpful.
