   Experience was great. Despite it being Valentine’s Day, things went as best as they could. We had a reservation so we didn’t have to wait too long. Our waitress was super awesome! She got everything right! Overall it was a great evening!

   Seated as told, less than 5 minutes. Waitress was great. Friendly and attentive. Food was hot and delicious.

   We had an overall good dinner , but one thing left me wondering. Why, when I ordered a non alcoholic beer it came in a can. $8 for a beer and it comes in a can. When I requested a glass, the waitress came back and told me I couldn’t have a chilled beer glass. (Apparently these are only for regular beer). Then she asks if I want to speak with the manager which I declined. “Just a warm glass then please”. I was also unaware that my included choice of side dish (baked potato) was going to cost an additional $2.50. Waitress could have been more upfront. To the rest of the staff I give high marks. I suggest a change in company policy. Either don’t sell canned beer at all or let us enjoy a chilled glass to put it in.

   Rene was our server and he was great. He was very friendly, healthful and attentive. The Cajun shrimp was delicious. The only part of the food that wasn’t good was the pasta. It was extremely overcooked and inedible, but I was full anyway so I didn’t make a fuss over it. Also there was some lady that would not stop using the hard R word, it was so gross, but that’s not Red Lobster’s fault. Overall it was a great choice for dinner. They were very fast as well. We got our food in no time at all.

   Because using Open Table only puts you on a wait list it can be a very frustrating experience. We arrived at 5:45 and was told we were "checked in" but almost 45 minutes later we were told the wait was so long because our official time on Open Table was 6:00. When we finally got a table our waiter didn't appear for another 10 minutes, then brought us biscuits with no napkins or utensils, which we had to ask twice for. The food was average, but the wait time watching people arrived after us getting seated before us and the other service issues did not make for a good experience.

    Went to Red Lobster on a Friday evening. Got seated in 5 minutes. All the food was okay but lacked attention to detail.
