I don't know if the waitress was new or not. The place was not busy. She forgot our biscuits. .She brought me my salad. She forgot my partners salad. We both got the same entri of food. She arrived with our plates n didn't know which plate went to whom. Service could have been alot better than what we received.

For the money, can’t beat the Lobster. Had the Ultimate combo with two kinds of shrimp, lobster and scallops; everything was great. Fast and friendly service.

I was in Jackson for a quick overnight trip and Red Lobster proved to be a nearby jewel. Great food and service!
