We've eaten at the Red Lobster in Dalton, GA twice previously and were very impressed. However, on this visit the food was served lukewarm and we asked for the pasta to be heated up. It was delivered by the very kind chef who said he took care of it himself, however, it still wasn't hot. I mentioned that the Brussels sprouts were also not hot and he delivered a freshly made, hot crispy bowl of Brussels sprouts. Delicious. We will of course try again, hopefully, it was just an off night. Our server was very nice. Perhaps there was a staff shortage as it seemed the food may have been waiting to be brought to our table and was allowed to cool off quite a bit. Thank you

Our waiter was amazing !! Our food took forever but to be fair the restaurant was packed. He kept us filled with drinks & biscuits until our food arrived. We all 4 thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Way to go Red Lobster !!
