For a chain restaurant, this place is pretty darned good. The service, by the way, was outstanding. Which is a rarity these days.

We go here every so often, mostly for the lobster. But, with what they are charging now ($57 for a 2 lb), will have to look elsewhere.

Not quite sure why you take reservations. All other restaurants I reserve seating on open table don’t make me wait over 20 minutes to seat me only Red Lobster. Your food is not worth waiting for.

We had a great visit and only around a Twenty minute wait on a Friday night. Our server was great, had good energy and the food was served in a timely manor. We'll be back!

If you're used to reservations on a reservation app, this isn't it. The hostesses won't like it if you ask about the difference between a "reservation" and "preferred" seating either. Oh well, maybe it will be 'covid' and not junk service that will put the mall experience of restaurants out of business.

Great service, good food, nice atmosphere. They forgot my Lobster!! I had to ask for it. They kindly responded, and attempted to smooth it over, but gave us no reason to come back anytime soon.
