   Very nice experience, menu was limited but food was very good. The outdoor patio was much less noisy than inside; it was cold outside and there were no heaters. The service was good.

   Excellent food, great service. Our only issue was that our main course was served before our appetizers arrived. But it was a very busy New Years Eve, so understandable.

   It was New Year's eve and our first time at Rebecca's, our reservation was for 4:30. The restaurant was not packed when we arrived. Our waiter was very friendly, and recommended the Veuve Clicquot champagne which he indicated was priced very well for a restaurant. We ordered the champagne. After bringing the champagne he was ready to take our order. we decided to have a small charcuterie board to start. We had wanted to enjoy that prior to ordering our main course however he said he needed to put the whole order it at once. He never mentioned specials, I ordered the Black Garlic Tri Tip, which is served with chili butter. I asked for the chili butter to be on the side. Shortly after placing our order the charcuterie board arrived. Not 5 minutes later our dinner arrived. Not only did we not get to enjoy a glass of champagne and our charcuterie board, but my plate had the chili butter on it. I called the waiter over and he said he was sorry and would have another dish our right away. Unfortunately it was almost 15 minutes later, the manager had to get involved, my husband had finished his meal and I ate mine alone. I'm not sure why everything came out at once but we felt rushed, and then there was no reason for the replacement dish to take so long. The manager was did the right thing, he didn't charge for my meal and gave us a free carrot cake for dessert however it wasn't a great first experience.

   The food was very good, but when it was originally delivered 3 out of 5 of our entrees were cold and we had to send them back. When they returned they were a perfect temperature and delicious. The waitress was very nice, but seemed too busy. We ordered a glass of wine that was never received.

   My new favorite place in Naples! The bartender Michael was great and we even met Rebecca who was very gracious.

   The restaurant is beautiful! The staff was on point! The food was very very good. We had the pizza with sausage, the french onion dip with chips, oyster rock and the steak. Everything was delish! We will be back!

   Food quality much less than unusual - cold pizza and shrimp, tasteless green goddess dessing on salad.. Poor service - failed to place appetizers and did not offer any remedy. Not up to usual standards. New tables and chairs take the cool vibe way, way down. Not a good choice

   A, Please accept our sincere apologies for the miscues on service and for the lapse in food quality. We did not live up to the standards we set for ourselves; let alone the standards our guests should have for us. We are working with our leaders in the front and back of the house to make the necessary adjustments. We're sorry to hear you don't care for the new tables and chairs. Tis season here in Naples and we are hoping to bring in more amazing guests such as yourself so we wanted to put in a few more chairs. We still do have our cozy lounge furniture. It's now on our north patio and it's a great place to chill with a glass of wine or cocktail before or after your meal. Come check it out!

   Thoroughly enjoyed our evening here. Wine is exceptional, and food very good. Service very friendly, and efficient. A great deal is to buy wine in the store and pay the $25 corkage- still less expensive for great wine than elsewhere in Naples.
