We decided to do the holiday pop up lodge at Ramsays kitchen. It was the ultimate experience. The decorations were gorgeous. The food & cocktails were great. Our server Esay was very friendly and brought our food to table right away. We had an hour and a half to stay in the pop up area which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday experience.

Sorry to say but after being in Elaia, El Moro and many Michelin stars in US and Europe, I have to say the menu had few options, wine was too warm and place too noisy

We ordered the beef wellington the taste was not at all up to par! The mushroom risotto was crunchy it was like it wasn't fully cooked. the parker rolls and the octopus (appetizers) were outstanding is about the only good thing i can say about this! it was my husband and i's 1 year anniversary and we were so excited to experience an outstanding restaurant only to be disappointed and sad at the experience the Nosie level was so bad you could barely have a conversation with your spouse.

We knew that our dinner was going to a great experience but it far exceeded our expectations! The filet and beef Wellington were exceptional and so delicious! My husband and I are still raving how excellent everything was. He even remarked that the filet was better than any steak he’s ever had and that says a lot as we used to live in Texas and have been to one of the best Steakhouses ever! We of course also had to try the Wedge salads, very good, and the Vanilla Cheesecake, delicious and Sticky Toffee Pudding which I think is one of the best desserts I’ve ever had in my life! It was a special treat for us celebrating our 10 yr anniversary and we were not disappointed. We definitely will be back! Also it was a treat to meet Chef Joseph and thank him for our exceptional meal!

It’s a nice enough place. The service is really good. We’ve been there a few times and we can’t figure out why the food just isn’t that good. It’s not wildly offensive, but it just doesn’t feel like it’s worth going back. And to be objective, I think a lot of this opinion is that nicer restaurants are all so uniformly expensive now, it makes it easy to compare them on price.

From the time we arrived to the minute we left everything was excellent! The hostess was kind as we had to wait for others in our party to be seated completely. Cori, our server was outstanding. Very attentive and quick with a suggestion and a smile. Water was constantly being replenished and the food…..THE FOOD!!! The crab cake was the best we had ever had, shrimp cocktail did not disappoint and the Beef Wellington was not to be missed! The risotto was so flavorful as well. We couldn’t miss the Sticky Toffee Pudding, what a treat! The cheesecake was to die for. The evening was magical and everything we hoped for. Thank you for the birthday memories and spectacular food and service. We will be back!

Good quality standard Ramsay food, familiar w Vegas and London places. Excellent table side service, very friendly and knowledgeable. One down note is the “Ramsay policies”. When hospitality quotes the policy manual, customer service has left the building. Example: Reservation requires cc with $50 penalty per person if no show, well ok, but then skip the email and text and call reminders. First couple arrives early and wants to sit at the table, Policy is that you cannot in pain of death be seated before the other couple (what is the $50 pp for then Gordon?). Luckily nice GM Sean from Four Seasons sorted everything out but quoting policy is an idiotic practice.

The service could have been better. It took a long time to get our drinks from the bar. The food could have been better as well. Beautiful ambiance though.
