   My first visit to this location. Very helpful when we sat down and when the server took out order, than that was it. After the food was served we reminded the server that we had not received our salad, which we received about halfway through the entree. When finished it took 30 min to be presented and pay the check. Most of the issue was they didn’t know how to apply the credits for the “Landry Club”. The manager was finally enlisted to help. It is their club, so one would think they understand it. I guess not. On a funny note, the young family sitting near us, got up to bring the children to the facilities and see the “jungle” but when they returned to the table, it was cleaned and reset. They waited for the server. Take a pass

   Taco salad worst I have ever been served. The lettuce was old , the meat tasteless, maybe three slivers of cheese, two small slices of avocado, two small chunks of tomato just piled into a tortilla shell and it was $20! Server was hurried even tho restaurant was virtually empty at 4 pm. No appetizer plates provided with appetizer. Not the quality of experience that was expected or paid for.

   We had such a fun time! The only complaint I have is the kids menu foods were awful and definitely not worth the price. The lettuce wraps were very good (and SPICY) and the shrimp tacos were pretty good. Our kids really enjoyed the atmosphere!

   I blown away, when I walked in the restaurant. The on site app do not do it justice. I will tell everyone they have to go there. I loved it.

   Took my best friend here for her birthday. I was excited I had never been. The waitress basically made fun of us for choosing to come to rainforest cafe while visiting Nashville. Our table was barely inside the restaurant. We were basically sitting in the store.

    We went for my son's 2nd birthday at 5:15 on a Tuesday. The restaurant was not busy but we were still sat in the back where we were unable to see any of the animals except for the elephants. Missing out on the main experience of the restaurant. The food was terrible. I ordered a turkey wrap, husband ordered ribs and my son had a cheese pizza. The wrap was soggy with too much dressing and lettuce. It overpowered the entire sandwich and I could only eat a couple bites. My husbands ribs were nothing but fat with a little bit of meat and my kids pizza was hard and was a challenge for him to eat. For almost $90 we left still hungry. The service was also not great. Our waitress seemed to not want to be there and only came to check on us once during the entire dinner. Very poor experience and we do not plan to return.
