   Great cocktail with amazing views, surprisingly unbusy? So had lots of access to see the views, tables and layout really cool and DJ was surprisingly good.

   Went there for a date yesterday and was welcomed by a very polite lady at the front desk. When we we’re escorted to our seats the member of staff made us feel very welcome even doing the extra service of adjusting our table and seats closer under the heater as we were seated close to the balcony. We stuck with non alcoholic cocktails which were delivered with great professionalism and 5 star service. Would love to see more non alcoholic cocktails in the future for those that don’t drink. Music was great, perhaps a little bit boomy and loud at times found it bit of a challenge to have as conservation but this did not ruin the evening. Will definitely be coming back.

   We came here for a friends birthday, i booked in advance, we were placed inside & told when room became available they would move us outside to the terrace area & they kept to their word, we all ordered cocktails, one friend really didn't like hers & the waiter changed it without issue, the staff were friendly & attentive, we never ate food but would definitely come back to do so. Really lovely Saturday afternoon vibes with music playing in the background.

   Had a lovely pre-theatre lunch and cocktails - Stunning views of the city - Service was amazing, really enjoyed it.

   Manager and front of staff are inattentive and frankly a bit rude. Shame as the working staff and waiters / waitresses are doing their best

    Sadly the venue as beautiful as it is has lost its appeal (for me).. it’s got little to no atmosphere any more and no dance area. It used to be the best venue and vibe in London… It needs a fresh start, positive energy and charismatic management in my humble opinion. The best thing about it was the absolutely charming and welcoming lady called Olivia who greeted us. Seconded by Louis (maybe Lewis) who was a super friendly guy with great enthusiasm and energy. And the night manager of the hotel who was super nice and very cool. Come on owners… turn this place around and then I’ll be back🫶🏼 🎼🙌🎼🫶🏼
