Quince’s menu is inspired by travels of chefs and lead partner to his favorite culinary cities, such as New Orleans, Lima, NYC, Mex. City. Quince is upscale casual. The uplifting familiar music, attentive service, and spectacular views from all 6 terraces come together to create a fun & entertaining atmosphere that is the “Quince Experience.” After helping make Quince the “#1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World” in 2020, Quince’s exec. chef, Gonzalo Martinez, is still evolving the culinary scope of its menus.

All seats are in the fresh open air with different coverages, including umbrellas, retractable awnings and hard cover. Seats have different views of SMA’s gorgeous sunsets, mountains, iconic churches and its historic Centro. Our dining experience at Quince’s was very enjoyable, the ambiance and food excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We did not get to see much of the entertainment but the violinist was amazing. Had a great evening.

While the setting for this restaurant is one of the best in San Miguel, with one of the best views of the famous cathedral in the center, the fine food and good service was overshadowed by a music soundtrack of bad 80s and 90s American pop played very loudly. At 9 PM they switched to a DJ who mostly played lively Latin jazz, a much improved choice.
