Quemadero is a gastronomic experience that brings together premium products from Baja California—from land and sea—with fire and raw techniques and signature mixology in front of the Sea of Cortez.
Connected by a musical thread—restaurant and bar—they create multiple spaces for celebration, proposing fire as a link between man and La Baja.
Fire cooking is an integral part of our menu and we work with local fishermen and farmer friends to find the best seasonal products.

Quemadero in La Paz offers a "beautiful environment" with "outstanding service" and "excellent food". The menu features unique dishes like the chocolate clams and shrimp with tamarind miso. Although prices are higher, it's "well worth it" for special occasions. The ambiance is delightful, though some find the music loud.

I have Beautiful sunset dinner with my wife. The food was great, tomato salad was delicious. A few tomatoes were not ripe, but overall it was great. The main course tasty, but hard to eat. Shrimp Zarandendo was amazing, just hard to eat. The meat was stuck to the shell, I would prefer the shrimp shelled, don’t fret, it was amazing. The music was overwhelming, unnecessarily loud. The music was repetitive, lacked depth, and didn’t fit with the location. I love all types of music, but trance/edm/haus at a place like this is a huge miss. Maybe some jazz with volume set at the minimum. This is my second visit and forgot about the blaring music. I’m not going back because the music was ~that~ bad.

5 stars all the way. We came for our anniversary dinner. Manuel and Geovanni were our servers. Perfect, attentive but not overly so. Just right. Our food, grilled romaine version of a Caesar salad along with a roasted cauliflower dish. Filet of beef with Parmesan pesto asparagus cooked to perfection. They recommend an excellent Pinot that was one of their lesser cost wines and not the most expensive that was excellent. Because it was our anniversary they brought us a delicious dessert with champagne. It was a perfect evening. Thank you Quemandero! Did I mention the ambience? Outstanding!
