Quality Meats is the best steakhouse in New York City. Located in Midtown Manhattan near Central Park, MOMA, Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and Times Square, Quality Meats features modern interpretations of familiar dishes and flavor combinations, resulting in unique tastes, innovative presentations, and a distinctive Quality Meats style. The warm, industrial décor by award-winning designers AvroKO draws on cues from traditional New York City family-owned butcher shops, in the use of warm wood, stainless steel, and white marble.

We were here last night for my sisters birthday and all I can say is outstanding is an understatement. Joann was our server and she was absolutely an amazing and very welcoming and Suruk ( I hope I’m spelling/ pronouncing it correctly ) was beyond exceptional as well. Food came out fast, drinks were great. 1000/10. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the best service

Here’s a possible review based on your experience: I chose Quality Meats to celebrate my son’s birthday, as we’re big fans of the Quality Branded restaurants. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations, and for a $700 bill for 2 adults and 2 kids, it was a major letdown. Food Rundown: •Crab Cakes: Just OK. Tasted like they were made with canned crab meat, which was disappointing. •Tomato Salad: The tomatoes were fresh, but the dish was ruined by oil-drenched onion rings—didn’t make sense and didn’t work. •West Coast Oysters: Excellent. The one highlight of the meal. •Grilled Bacon: Not good at all. It lacked flavor and texture. •Porterhouse meatball: Honestly no better than a pizzeria’s meatball. •Lobster Toast (Special): At $45, this was very disappointing. The lobster was fine, but the bread wasn’t toasted—it was soaked in cream. How can you call that toast? •NY Strip & Filet Mignon: Ordered medium well for the kids, but both came out medium. For a steakhouse, this is unacceptable. •Gnocchi and Cheese: Just OK. •Brussels Sprouts: Burnt beyond recognition. It was shocking this even made it out of the kitchen. Even the coffees were bad but the chocolate cake was great. The one bright spot of the evening was our server, Edgar. He was attentive and professional, and we left a 25% tip because of his service. However, even great service couldn’t save the night. As much as I love Quality Branded restaurants, this one just isn’t up to par. For $700, the experience should’ve been exceptional, and it was anything but. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

Must try the bacon with peanut butter butter. It was was a family favorite. The crust on the steaks were perfect and made this place one of our top steak restaurants in NYC. Also, the sides were all GREAT (highly recommend the table side cheese for steaks, corn brûlée, Brussels (crispy). Everything was delicious!

Quality Meats provided an experience that made my entire trip to NYC worthwhile. Celebrating my 41st birthday, the staff made sure I felt taken care for the entire duration of dinner. From complimentary wine to dessert and even a birthday card, Quality Meats knows how to make people special. If I am lucky enough to return next year, I will be there again.
