   This is my 5th time at Pyro. The first 2 times we had outstanding food and service so we instantly became addicted. Then we had poor service, then we had poor food, and last night the service was terrible. No re-fills, no second drink order, the food was a little overcooked but not bad, but then we finished eating and after waiting 25 min finally flagged someone else down to get our bill so we could leave. I think the staff here need more training and have no idea what service is. The amount of other staff who were just standing around, while the manager was sitting drinking. I also requested a business card at the start of the meal so we could book a large party (60 people+) and got no info. Disappointing :(

   Food was good - not spectacular for the price. Steak was under cooked. Sent it back. Charged me for the second steak but did remove it when asked. Restaurant was pretty empty but wouldn’t move us to a different table when asked. Very pricey for nothing special. Probably won’t return.

   An excellent evening. The food and service were spectacular. All of us enjoyed our time, food was well prepared , and our server (wish we got her name) she was professional, with a great personality . Will definitely be back.

    Enjoyed the food and drinks I do feel the red sangria needed more berries in it and I felt was too thick and not as refreshing like I have had in other places but the food was delicious ( Steak Frites ). Overall the place was beautiful and I enjoyed the background music and atmosphere. Definitively will come again and try other items. Lots of parking and prompt service.
