Lovely venue with good food. We opted for the Haloumi burger which was lovely. The houmous was surprisingly tasty in the burger.

Waited too long for someone to take our order. Waiting staff seem to be standing around and not knowledgeable on the menu. I ordered the chicken skewer - received chicken that looked like it was NOT cooked on the grill and it had skin on!! Never had a chicken skewer that looked or tasted like that. Not good. My son had the burrito - he said it had no taste. Overall experience for Mothers Day was very poor.

Having been a few times before, and enjoyed it, went again for lunch with another family member. On ordering, we were shortly told, despite it being 12.00 and 1st order one of choices wasnt available. An alternative was suggested which was accepted, but this needed some sort of health warning. The sauce, in a separate bowl, and was spread over the chicken was soooooooooooo HOT.. It was supposed to be Piri Piri but having had that on many occasion in Portugal and here, that wasn't normal Piri Piri. There needs to be a warning on the menu Pizza's are lovely there, and ordered sweet potato fries , so they 3 bowls of normal chips arrived . Having said they werent ours the lady waiter brought a " half empty" bowl of sweet potato fries.. I know it was half empty as had a bowl 3 times before on different occasions and bowl was full . Service was shoddy and hit and miss to when been before, so a shame

Venue is great and the staff were so lovely. Only thing that wasn’t for us was the quality of the breakfast. Also there was no choice provided for white / brown bread, no choice of how you would like your eggs cooked and just not the quality of what other places provide. I would go back and try lunch or dinner there because everything else was great and the patio in the summer would be a great place to lunch. Hopefully the lunch and dinner menu is better thank the breakfast. Sadly the breakfast was not for us and we wouldn’t visit for breakfast again.
