We loved Pure and this is why we decided to take the family for dinner Christmas Eve. The man in the pink shirt that checked us in was BEYOND RUDE Very condescending. Food was average at best. Everything we usually get there was not good at all. appetizers were sooooo salty and the fish tasted like it had been sitting all day. Unfortunately we this will no longer be our go to sushi place

This is one of our favorite places for dinner.The sushi is always excellent & there are lots of other choices for those who are not a fan of sushi!

The only disappointment was the miso soup. Whatever the base stock was supposed to be the soup tasted like warm water. The maguro and hamachi sashimi were excellent as was the tempura combo basket. California roll was tasty and fresh and they even custom made a shrimp tempura roll to order. Service was top notch. Ambience was like a busy Sushi house should be.

Pure food quality and service are consistently spot on. While the outdoor patio faces the parking lot they have done a good job with making it cozy with a fireplace, heaters and ample seating.

The Lava Rocks are outstanding as is all the sushi. Very fresh and tasty. Service is friendly and efficient. It's a regular stop for us for great sushi.

Our server was excellent! Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The sushi was fresh and appealing. We requested a slight change to the fried rice ingredients and they were very accommodating. Will absolutely return.
