   this is the kind of culinary experience you can find in the best restaurants in the world. Eric is a genius and he has a humble and friendly demeanor but the attention to detail and the passion to create great food burns deep.

   Food was outstanding. The scallops may have been the best I’ve had. Weight staff was very attentive. The only downside was somewhat out of the restaurants control. A table of 14, including five children, who felt that the common area was a playground. More commentary on their parenting skills than it is about the restaurant. Just know it’s a scenario. Otherwise, this is our go to for one of the best restaurants in Turks.

   Our appetizers—the burrata and lobster gnocchi were both standouts. We enjoyed the warm professional service from our server and the sommelier.

   Provence is an absolute gem! Authentic, carefully and artfully presented French food. Setting outside on the Plaza was very pleasant. Will be back!

    Tuna tartare was bland. Branzino was horrible. My wife’s grouper was good. Pumpkin ravioli was good. Very expensive. Over $350 for two people with one drink each. Took forever to check out for they were having internet problems and I could not use my credit card and had to pay cash. Will not return
