Wood Stone Brick Oven Pizza

Our pizzas are baked in a wood stone oven at over 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Our dough is made daily from four core ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast. The unique process of proofing the dough creates key complexities of our crust, producing a crisp, crackly, and chewy finish. Server was terrible. She didn't know anything about the beers and served us the wrong ones. She did not bring a refill of beer until after the meal was done. While the ambiance is great, it did not cover for the extremely poor service.

The pizza was delicious. But, scares on toppings. The $14 Greek salad had about an ounce of lettuce to 2 ounces of feta, and 8 pita wedges. Not exactly a salad. My husband wanted a non-alcohol beer-not available. The second choice was iced tea-not available. Once our order was taken, we didn’t see the waitress again for the next 50 minutes.

Delicious food! Order the spinach and artichoke dip with crab! We arrived early, sat at the bar, and then our table was ready early (for a group of 8!) Noise level was too high for comfortable conversation, only complaint.

What a great experience in The Denali area. Excellent food, atmosphere very cool with that old Alaska feel. Our server was fantastic! WISH I could remember his name to give him the accolades he deserves! (We we’re at first table behind the dessert tray on 7/18…..). Thank you!!
