Welcome to Project Gigglewater, your go-to cocktail bar in Toronto’s Dundas West. Named after Prohibition-era slang for alcohol, we’re dedicated to crafting the city’s best cocktails! Enjoy creative and classic drinks paired with locally loved share plates, served late into the night.

Near Ossington, we’re a local favourite, offering inventive and timeless cocktails. Our menu features unique twists on old favourites and exciting new creations.

Overall, food was good drinks were great. However, i do wish staff checked in on us more they took our empty glasses and didn’t ask if we wanted another drink. We had to wait 10+ minutes for our server to walk by us so we could order another and dessert. Cute place but probably won’t go again due to the service

as always one of the best Christmas bars in the city and one of my fav bars in the west end! This year felt like a time warp with the same amazing staff and decor BUT the drinks as always were the main focus, Just absoutely incredible!

The food and drinks were excellent. My issue was being told twice before even entered the door that we would only have 1 hour there because they were fully booked. This puts a strange pressure on the evening to order, eat and drink very quickly, and creates an unwelcome attitude right from the start. We were there with friends for a nice evening out, that was very strange condition to put on us. We would have stayed longer and ordered many more drinks if they had allowed us.

Had an amazing experience here the people running the place were amazing and helpful! So kind and such a nice environment. Would definitely recommend as long as you make a reservation or else the wait time is too long.

The drinks were incredible and good value, the bartenders were great. The food was well made but honestly the flavour profiles and combinations were a bit strange for me. The venue is nice too, I’d definitely go back :)
