   I believe a restaurant should be rated on the professionalism of the service, the quality of the food, and the ambiance. My wife and I enjoyed a Valentine's weekend dinner menu at Prime. Every bite of our food was spectacular. The Maryland lump crab cakes were maybe the best I've had. An 18-oz ribeye was prepared to a perfect medium rare plus in the restaurant's 1600 degree oven. Such a beautiful char! I wish I could do this at home, but I'm sure I'd burn down our home. The service was polite and discrete. At one point, I was taking my evening pills and dropped one. Very quickly, a server quietly volunteered to pick up the pill if I wanted. The ambiance is warm and a nice romantic setting. Nice to have a steakhouse of this quality in the northern suburbs. We are returning! 😀

   The service was excellent and the food was very good. This is a place for an occasional celebration. The prices were quite high which makes it difficult to dine on a regular basis. We might be back again after we save some money.

   Underwhelming. I’ve had better steaks for half the price, was too charred for my taste and the remaining scraps that I wanted boxed to bring home got trashed instead of boxed. (In their defense, the other food we got was boxed and it was only a small amount of steak) Cool environment, good service, great signature cocktails, and loved the Brussels sprouts.

   Prime didn’t get 5 stars because they got some work to do if they want to charge those prices. Millionaire Potatoes were flavorful but dry. My husband ordered the Kingcut Filet but was served a New York Strip. My filet was very good but on one side it had a little too much char on it. The Cesear salad needs more dressing. We will certainly visit again because we loved the atmosphere. The chairs at the bar were very comfortable.

   Wonderful experience the food and service was fantastic. It’s nice to have an upper scale restaurant in Blaine. It’s a little pricey but otherwise excellent.

   Food was great service was wonderful seating not so only ones there at the time got stuck at a tiny little table that is ridiculous when your spending $200 plus for meal

   Prime was delicious! We recommend a few things: everything is sharable & make a reservation (However, they do allow seating at the bar if you can find a spot). The prices are a bit steep, but it was worth it. It will be a great place to stop in the summer when their rooftop is open.

    We celebrated our anniversary at Prime on a Saturday night! We made reservations about a week earlier and had no issues. Our food was amazing! Hashbrowns were amazing!! Our server, Ciana, was attentive, knowledgeable and great! It’s definitely in the higher price range but a nice addition to Blaine for a special night out!
