Located off the historic Chateau Lobby in the heart of the resort, Prime ’54 is the innovative alternative to the traditional steakhouse setting, offering prime steak sourced from the globe to include premier dry aged beef and wagyu from Japan. Our chefs work with local farmers in Florida to hand select the freshest vegetables to create our signature sides.

The two-story, indoor-outdoor venue is sexy, fun, elegant and engaging – a perfect complement to Fontainebleau’s stellar collection of signature restaurants.

    We don’t mind spending $1200 on dinner for four, but at the least you should be made to feel welcome. We were kept waiting thirty minutes past our reservation time, the staff rushed us and never took the time to listen to our full orders, and the chateaubriand for two was four “toast-thin” slices of cooked filet: no reduction, no veal Demi-glaze….it was in no way a true dish. Wine service was disappointing, management was poor. We canceled our other restaurant reservations in the Fontainebleau, not willing to patronize anymore of their establishments when we are made to feel like we are inanimate objects.

    Completely botched our meal. Took off a salad. Yay. How about take the whole bill off the table? Oh yeah. Still got that “guaranteed” 20% tip. What a joke.

    Service was ok but we waited so long. I felt the staff was left with too many tables. The assistant to the main server was rude and unprofessional. Wasn’t personable and wouldn’t give eye contact when we asked for something as directed by server. Food was ok and the best part was the potatoe bread they make. Filet was flavored well and cooked as requested. Our experience would have been better hence the service part.

    Absolutely amazing experience for our anniversary dinner. Valentina was such a wonderful server we really enjoyed her. Steak, oysters, spinach and drinks all perfect. This place is a must when in Miami!!
