   Nice venue, great food, good value. Food took almost an hour to come out but there was a Lions & Bills game so it was busy. Would go back, would recommend!

   Food was good but the service is very poor. Unfortunate because the location is great but there is a need for customer service coaching and efficiency in the food prep. The food was good, but I wouldn't go here again given the price and lack of service

   Man, I wanted to love this restaurant, but it just didn’t make the cut. We arrived and were seated right away. That was the best part of our experience at Presley’s. We ordered a glass of wine…they were out of this wine. Ordered the meatballs….they were out of the meatballs. Ordered a non alcoholic “cocktail”…they were out of the ingredients. Our waitress disappeared and don’t come back for way too long. Finally were able to order. Ordered our food and it took over 45 minutes for it to arrive. Then, our food was not prepared correctly. Our waitress was absolutely nowhere to be found and every other employee in the place avoided eye contact. We ended up just eating our food and leaving. Such a major disappointment, especially for such a lovely hotel. I’ll never eat here again. It was such a waste of time and money.

   We dined at Presley's before a show at the Fox this last weekend. Service was very slow. We were also surprised that brunch stopped at 2;00 on Sunday when their website says 3:00. We had all reviewed the menu and were ready for brunch. We were not greeted by our server for more than 15 minutes. Our drinks for a party of 4 took what seemed like forever. Same with food. We had to continue to ask for more water from our server. Food was tasty but thought they skimped on toppings on the Mediterranean chicken salad. Fries were nothing special, definitely basic frozen ones that you can order from your local Coney Island. Overall, service 3/10 and food 8/10. Based on our experience, I am not sure I would dine here again. Just didn't hit the mark!

   Excellent Dinner , atmosphere Chill , service was friendly, definitely would go back. The Drink the Painkiller was excellent.

   Food, atmosphere and service were amazing. Magdalena took great care of us, especially in a busy environment last before the Lions game. Looking forward to going back there again soon!

   Mundane atmosphere, menu and cuisine. However, wait staff was professional, helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. Their talents far outweigh the product they serve

   Absolutely terrible experience. Made a reservation for 5 and restaurant was not busy at all. Took over 30 minutes to get our drinks and an hour to get our food. We never had silverware until we asked another server that was not our own. All the servers were talking to each other not paying attention to the tables.

    Our server was amazing! She did a really nice job and have a wonderful smile:) We did not really enjoy our food. My partner got the goat omelette and he did not enjoy the cheese. We did speak up on this matter and he got the steak and eggs as well. I also got the steak and eggs; the egg was supposed to be over medium but it was over easy. The steak was not seasoned very well. Our portions of the steak were completely different. This does not reflect the server’s service to the slightest! She was wonderful. We wanted to provide feedback on our meals.
