   Dinner was delightful. The beet salad was amazing ( and I usually don’t like beets). The mushroom paprikas was so delicious and rich. The pasta was homemade and cooked to perfection (Al dente of course) Highly recommend everything on the menu.

   Highly recommend and looking forward to returning to try their other dishes! The wonderful beet salad appetizer was sizable, plenty for the three of us, and the delicious lasagne was like no other lasagne any of us had ever tried. We also shared the beef “praprikash” and the mushroom “praprikash” which were both flavorful winners to us (if you like beef and/or mushrooms). Next on our list to try will be the Hungarian cubed pork entrée and perhaps the penne alla vodka, both of which were also recommended to us. Love that everything is “homemade” including their noodles/pasta. Fantastic and friendly service as well!

   There are some vegetarian options and 2 vegan entree options. The food took a while to come out, but that is the biggest down side. The food was a tad overpriced but the decor is nice. They do valet for the parking lot.

   All in all the food was tasty. My husband pork pieces were too dry. Our friends loved their food, chicken paprikas and chicken Milanese. I came for the stuffed cabbage and was told that they don’t have it. Strange, because we came at 6pm. Service was good and they were very accommodating. By the time we left, the place was full and the noise level was intolerable.

   We wanted to try Hungarian food in LA and was a great experience. The food was authentic and delicious, Hungarian wine selection was pretty extensive and the service was very attentive and timely. Highly recommend!

    If you’re craving authentic Hungarian cuisine, look no further! This restaurant serves outstanding dishes that reminded me of my favorite childhood meals. Peter and his staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially our waiter, Norbert, making the experience even better. We enjoyed a delightful wine tasting, helping us choose the Kekfrankso Losconci, 2018 Matra, which paired perfectly with our meal. The chicken paprikas was tender and flavorful, falling right off the bone, and the mushroom paprikas—swapped with homemade noodles—was a delicious meatless option. For dessert, the palacintas with apricot preserves and Nutella were the perfect sweet ending. Next time, I can’t wait to try the Italian dishes; the pizzas we saw looked amazing! I highly recommend this 5-star gem in the valley—don’t miss it!
