Menu: First Shrimp, Beurre Blanc, Haricot Vert salad w/ Champagne Vinaigrette Cakebread Sauv Blanc Second Seared Scallop, English Peas, Tarragon, Truffle Oil Cakebread Chardonnay Third Pork Belly, Baked Apple, Sherry Vinegar Agra Dolce Cakebread Pinot Noir Fourth Short Ribs, Smoked Onion Potato Mash, Porcini Jus Cakebread Cabernet Fifth Cherry Crumble Dancing Bear Cabernet The event will begin with a reception at 6:30 pm, followed by dinner at 7 pm.
