   I would like to thank Mateo for exceptional service. We have visited Porch and Parlor several times. He is by far the best we have ever had. He is professional, personable and knowledgeable. We will be asking for him on the next visit and beyond. Thank you, The Knapps

   It was my birthday and I made reservations for this special day. The waiter never acknowledged this special day for me. At the very least, I expected him to SAY happy birthday considering this was a fine dining restaurant and we purchased two alcoholic drinks, two entrees and dessert.

   It would be difficult to overstate how much we enjoyed ourselves at the Porch and parlor. The steak was fantastic, sides were spot on. Service was second to none. My wife and I agree that this is our preferred Steakhouse in Memphis. Eggroll appetizers were unbelivable. My 95 pound wife ate most of them, and they ate filet mignon. Not a problem, I just ordered the C&D Hashbrown on the side. I took that down, such a good side. Just great man.

   If you wish for a fine dining experience, I would highly recommend Porch and Parlor. The food and presentation is incredible. The wait staff is always friendly and on-point. Always arriving at just the right time, but not so much that it interrupts your meal. Our waitress last night, Esther, was incredible and made our overall experience so enjoyable. If you're looking for a place for that special occasion, or just a date night with the significant other, you won't be disappointed I promise you. It is our go-to for when we want to splurge on a great meal with a great experience. Would highly recommend if you have never eaten there.
