Tarek Nix, Co-Founder der Milkpunchboys, HEDON.Berlin liebt das Spiel mit Texturen und innovative Drink- Kreationen. Zusammen mit seinem Barteam hat er die Drink-Varianten für die Casa Don Papa entwickelt.

Neben dem Drink-Menü bietet die Casa Don Papa ein umfangreiches Speisenangebot, kreiert von Samawat, Gründer und Besitzer des Chicago Williams in Berlin und Frankfurt. Samawat, der mit dem Chicago Williams seit mehr als zwölf Jahren US-amerikanischer BBQ-Küche in Berlin seine persönliche Handschrift verleiht, möchte vor allem, dass die Gäste in der Casa Don Papa Spaß haben.

Die Vorspeise war innovativ und lecker. Die Hauptspeise war eher standard, aber gut. Das Highlight war der Cocktail. Die Auswahl der Gerichte war überschau, aber wohl dem Pop-Up Konzept geschuldet. Das Ambiente war super.
