   I understand that last night was very busy, but it seemed to me that the restaurant was understaffed considering a large conference was in attendance at the hotel. We waited for over 80 minutes from the time our entrees arrived from our reservation time. We also waited 20 plus minutes for a drink service, which was a draft beer. A manager did comp. one of those drinks but in general we thought that our service was less than stellar. Once I questioned our server about the lengthly drink service, she became uninterested with us, not even checking in on us once our entrees arrived. She did present us with a desert menu. The food was excellent, but the service just left a bad taste in our mouths.

   Excellent service, cocktails, salads and dinners with exceptional desserts. The waiting time from sitting down at our table until a waiter appeared was longer than what we expected but from that point on, everything else was expeditiously presented. Looking forward to future dining here!

   All was good. A word of caution the table for 2 we were seated at was by the open kitchen and the server station. I heard someone say “corner” “ every few minutes. The two gentlemen servers did not seem to have qualms talking out loud at the station where we was close to join in on their grumblings .With that said I believe our server was Virginia. She was outstanding and did not talk loudly at the server station and was very professional and attentive!

   Great food! I had the tuna and added french fries as a side. Both were amazing! Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

   Service was excellent but the meal was quite poor. It seemed the chef was trying too hard to combine ingredients in order to create an innovative dish but just resulted in everything tasting odd. We will likely never choose to dine there again.

   Our server Jack was incredible! So friendly and knowledgeable about each menu item. Jack took great care in making sure we had a memorable dinner. On the culinary side, I cannot say enough about Chef Ryan and his masterful team of creative chefs. In particular, the pork belly shrimp and grits drew rave reviews! Thanks Plough for delivering again!

   Limited menu, strange choices, but excellent food! Service was incredible. Unfortunately limited choice of wines, many dry red options but no semi-sweet or even sweet (Moscato) wines listed on menu.

    Visited several times now and this time was at my out of town guest's suggestion. They enjoyed the last visit so well, they wanted to go again. Always such interesting tastes and combinations!
