   Im a regular here and love the place BUT this time was awful, service dead slow, some food overcooked and tough and burger was raw. Very disappointed considering the prices hav jumped

   Brilliant all round! Our 6 year old is obsessed & says it's too delicious! Only problem is, it's a long trip to Dublin from Waterford.. ...... We were also up in 7th March & had a great feed then! Today we brought my mam for her birthday 🎂

   Me and my girlfriend wonderful causal last minute date at Pitt Bros. The food was amazing and staff were beyond friendly and attentive, I couldn't ask for more and I'm looking forward to my next booking.

   The service was awful. We sat at our table and then waited 30 minutes before anyone came over to us. It was then 40 minutes until we even got a drink. During service, we tried to get the servers attention a few times. But they were busy eating themselves at the bar and looking at their phones. When the waitress finally brought over our food. She had forgotten one of the chips. I could see the chips under the hot plate. But instead of checking, she again decided to go on her phone and laugh and joke with colleagues while eating. No one even came over to check if everything was ok once we received our food. We told what I believe to be the manager at the end of the night, and although he listened, he didn’t do anything for us to compensate our experience. We will not return.

   Poor. I’ve been before but this time the service was unbelievably slow (had to ask for everything; cutlery, order, take plates away, the bill). Ran out of potatoes as I ordered (7:30pm on a Sat night!). Meat was overcooked and dry. Tables were clean, but for some strange reason everything stuck to them like a nightclub dance floor (explained by “new polish”)!

   Amazing food and price, but one of the waiter, the one who speak spanish was very rude, the other ones very kind too.

    Nothing short of abysmal. Ordered wings to start which arrived with the mains. Waiting staff didn't bring a second round of drinks which where ordered. Burgers very messy and heavily loaded with sauce. My own burger had patches of uncooked mince in it, waitress wasn't too bothered when I showed her. Hubby's burger was cold. €135 for 4 including service charge for poor food and poor service.
