   For an upscale restaurant we were surprised that for one of the entrees in our party we were informed that they had run out of mussels and would compensate by adding additional shrimp and scallops. That did not happen, on the contrary we received less of each and more of the pasta. There was no price adjustment either. How do you run out of an ingredient and not be prepared to accommodate your diners? Upscale?? Then I ordered a Chianti with our entree only to be informed that you had no Chianti, so I had to settle for a Pinot Noir. Josh our server was very attentive and apologetic, but he should have asked the manager to adjust the cost of the entree because of the restaurant’s short fall and certainly not charge us for the wine because you were out of what we wanted. All in all the meal was delicious. This should not happen at an “upscale” restaurant. We intend to give the restaurant another chance, but would love to hear from the manager directly.

   So nice to have a quality restaurant in Middletown that serves inventive and delicious food. Our lunch was delicious. Food is fresh and well prepared. Service is great!

   The atmosphere was very nice and intimate. Sat on the second floor and recommend that if dining in as it felt more private. Food was very good and had nice flavoring. Good portion size. The only disappointment I had was it appeared there were specials being offered and we were not advised of any. If not offered any may want to ask as I missed out on a lamb shank.

   The main feature of the restaurant is a huge staircase that creates very tight seating spaces. The server acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us. The food was ok. I ordered the chicken kebab. Seasoning was good, but the chicken was not trimmed. My guest notified the kitchen of a dietary restriction. They omitted a part of the dish without informing us and asking if a different entree was preferred. When this was brought to the manager’s attention, the price was removed from the check, which was appreciated. Overall, I felt that the establishment was pretentious.

   Came for Valentine ‘s Day was so beautiful inside. The apps were tasty and fresh, came quickly followed by the drinks. Hummus w/ Pita 10/10 and Moroccan Shrimp 10/10. The main course was really good. I had the Shrimp Risotto 8/10 and my wife had the Pappardelle Al Manzo and rated it 8/10! All in great service.

   Beautifully decorated. Staff is dressed in more formal and professional attire. Great service. Amazing food! Such delicious and fresh flavors!

    Best restaurant in town, by far. Service is excellent. Decorated for the various holidays impeccably. Food is phenomenal.
