   Terrible experience. I walked in, and immediately, the host said, “We have no more open tables for the night.” I stated we had a reservation at 9PM. The host said, “We’ll that changes things.” Not sure how. We did not get seated until 9:30. We got seated and could not order drinks until 9:45, so we asked to put the kid's order in. The kids' order came at 10:15PM, but the server didn't return until 10:35 (with the adult drink I placed at 9:45PM) to ask if we were ready to take out the order. Smh

   Pinstripes is not really close to where we live, so we are more likely to head to Disney Springs, but we really like Pinstripes for happy hour. Their brunch looks great, but we just don't eat that much at one time, so it's not worth it for us. Their Two for One Tuesdays is a great deal! The main reason for this review is to give a shout out to our server, Thomas! He is the best......and we always love it when he is our server!

   Tom was good. It was not at all busy and it took 45 minutes to get our food. We were on a business meal from out of town. We won't be back.

   We had another wonderful meal today at Pinstripes here in southern Orlando. This is a fascinating place in design, features and menu items... even the ingredients are amazing. Chef Joe has put together high quality food items and blended them for exceptional taste quality. I spoke with him, plus operational Team Leader Dave... that was amazingly the most effective voice on customer service we have been a part of for sure. Bartender John also check on us confirm the menu and our selection... Excellence was and is going on at Pinstripes. When you visit as we do, more each month a few times trying a number of items already... right now it is once a week... maybe going up next time - 2 a week! We love this place and benefit from all they do... Enjoy Pinstripes on Daryl Carter Pkwy... that's where this TEAM is at!!!

   Restaurant is nice, clean and modern. Waiting staff are superb and very attentive. The only issue in my opinion with this facility is that food in comparison to other similar places is very high. Quality of food is top notch, but come on, 20$ for a grilled chicken sandwich and literally bun size is almost 2/3 of a burger bun from Publix? And it came with fries, which you could count since it was such small portion ( maybe about 10 fries stick). I personally won’t be back, I don’t like to leave restaurant hungry

   We were greeted with genuine, friendly smiles and seated right away . Our server, Zander was over the top fun and efficient. A complete delight to say the least! Everyone’s selection was dubbed delicious. The Open Faced Salmon sandwich (2) was fresh and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The chicken BLT was also deemed delicious as were the fries on all three plates. The adult beverages did not disappoint. The Paloma, Margarita Italiano and the Old Fashioned were great! We will certainly return next time we are in the Orlando area.

    Average food. A bit noisy. Limited menu. More of a destination place bc of the bowling and bocce
