   Host was amazing. Server rarely checked on us and we had to ask 2 other people to be able to get our check. Not ideal.

   We had a party of 6 they sat us at a huge oversized table for 10 and said there was nothing else available …even though we had made reservations 2 weeks prior. The cushions were filthy !!!! …no one could sit down until we cleaned our own seats!!! Food crumbs everywhere. Then the music was so loud we ask 3 times before some one lowered the volume. Sadly we still couldn’t communicate with the others at our table especially those on the opposite side, not to mention the huge center piece blocking eye contact. We ordered drinks then noticed the silverware was dirty with dried food and finger prints on them and some of our dishes we dirty with food scraps dried on them. We closed out our bill and left. Not in a good environment if you actually want a conversation with your dinner guest, poor seating if you actually want to be able to be hear conversation and a dirty environment. For a “brand new” restaurant…extremely disappointing. Failed on the cleanliness and the environment for a get together to enjoy each other‘s company. Sure the atmosphere was pretty but you couldn’t enjoy it. We never made it to dinner. I informed both my waiter and the host our concerns.

   Our server Briana was not very interactive with us. We only talked to her 4 times during our time there. Took a little long to receive our drinks which I was surprised considering there was very few people inside at the time.

   I got the burger and the Jailbird old fashioned. Both were very delicious. The interior of the restaurant is decorated beautifully.

   Unfortunately the restaurant seemed to be having staffing issues last night, we had booked Pinky’s for our last night in Vegas. We waited 15mins after our booking to be seated, then 50mins to receive our cocktails. Our server was very apologetic and the manager took care of the drinks. Food was a similar wait time and both dishes came out separately, although both food and drinks were great the long wait put us off ordering more cocktails or dessert. A larger group of what I assume were celebrities did also attend the restaurant while we were there and didn’t seem to encounter the same issues with drinks. We have dined at all the Vanderpump locations in LV and unfortunately on this occasion Pinky’s fell short of the high standard set previously.
