Interesting food, especially for the upper West side. Unfortunately closes quite early - kitchen closes at 9. They start cleaning up around you even if you're still eating and drinking. Service was terrible downtown attitude, which does not work uptown.

Great food, extremely fast service (possibly too fast: entered half way thru our meal by the time our cocktails came). Fun to watch the completely controlled kitchen staff cook. No yelling, no running around, no squabbling…obviously a tightly run ship. Everything was very tasty and the spice levels were perfect. Crowded room on a Mon night! Highly recommend.

Small portions, high prices, very pushy rushed service. Uncomfortable chairs.

Terrific Southeast Asian food in the upper west side. We loved the grilled chicken satay, pork belly adobo, tocino wings, ribeye curry, Hainanese duck, and khao soi. The service is always excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience. Food was excellent and our server worked hard to accommodate us. I would suggest not doing the family option if your part includes a serious food allergy or dietary restriction. That limited our selection of entrées significantly. But over all, highly recommend.

We’ve been to P&K LES for brunch and loved it. Dinner isn’t as good here. Huge plates, tiny tables and bad pacing of small/large dishes meant a constant reshuffling of food from one dish to another to create an inch of space and we had our drinks under the table at our feet. Tables are irregularly set so that one side of the room is spacious and the other (between the bar and the kitchen) ridiculously tight. We had a neighbour at one table cursing loudly throughout dinner (not angry, that was just her conversational style) and 5 people crushed onto a 4top the other side who were almost sitting with us. The food was okay but a few lighter dishes on the menu would be nice and the service was friendly and wonderful. We’ll maybe come back for brunch (because why remove those heavenly sliders from the dinner menu?) and ask for a seat by the window or the bar.

Hi Stew, So sorry you didn't enjoy your experience as much as our downtown location! Feel free to reach out if you'd like to return to either spots & we'd be happy to make your reservation at a more spacious table!
