   Realmente la experiencia a la primera ocasión cambió bastante, en este caso la selección que degustación que elegimos fue con recorrido, en ningún momento se nos dio, solo se sirvió el vino la anfitriona se fue, regresaba con el siguiente, en el espumoso no estaba ya óptimo porque no genera esas burbujas, al último vino se llegó con la terminal para el cobro. No fue una buena experiencia. Le vino no cumplió sus características en base a una primera visita que había hecho.

   Llegamos al lugar y nadie nos avisó que no había servicio, nos recibieron de mala gana y nos pidieron retirarnos porque solo estaba el enólogo, reservamos y programamos la visita y nadie tuvo la atención de hacernos saber que no podían atendernos. Pésimo servicio y modales.

   Blanca fue súper amable y nos explicó muy bien las distintas cosechas, pedimos la experiencia de maridaje con chocolate y la disfrutamos muchísimo, los vinos nos gustaron así como el ambiente y la música.

   Very cute place but the prices were a little over the top considering you’re in a wine town. Visit for pictures and maybe a bottle but I prefer other places in Valle for better wine.

   Es la primera degustación que tenemos en Valle de Guadalupe y nos encantó. Daniel tiene mucho conocimiento y su sugerencia en la cata con quesos fue exquisita

   Our party was staying the Banyan Tree hotel which is located on the Pictograma vineyard. The location is stunning. The wine tasting experience, however, was not. We had a 5 pm reservation and arrived slightly late at 510 pm. The lady who was in charge of the tasting appeared at first to not know of our reservation and then immediately said we close at 6 pm. There were dirty glasses on the tables and a gentleman who also worked there clicking away on the table next to us obviously doing some business activities for the winery which did not present a welcoming atmosphere. The lady tho knowledgeable about the wines, presented them quickly and then walked away each time and disappeared each time even tho we were the only tasters in the room. We were never offered food to pair with the wine and at the end of our experience we had to track someone down to pay. The lady had never come back to take the check for our group. Wine was ok, but the service was anything but hospitable.

    Incredible architecture with delicious wines! I wanted to buy more bottles but they were at bit pricey for a vineyard. Overall, an excellent and informative tasting! A bit hard to find but worth the search!
