   Food took nearly 40 mins to come out, when it finally arrived wasnt very impressive. Pork chops were dry, short ribs oily. They only good part of the food was the focaccia bread to start.  We had made a reservation, arrived on time and was placed at a tall table, in the bar next to a door that keep opening letting in cold wind in.

   The food was really good but the service was lacking. After waiting 15 minutes we had to ask for a server to take out order. The manager came to apologize and said we would receive a comp for some of our food but when the check came there was no compensation. The server accidentally dropped a glass of soda on our table and was horrified and tried to clean it up as fast as she could saying she really hoped her manager didn’t see it. I kept reassuring her we were ok but she was clearly upset that she would be punished. We have been here many times in the past but I don’t think we will be back.

    we had a great time here, we were seated promptly for our reservation. The food was excellent. Every dish was good and tasted fresh. We didn’t feel rushed.

   We had a great business meeting at a round table very conducive to a business meeting. Very good service and food.

   We enjoyed dinner in celebration of my friend’s birthday. We noted that as we made the reservation, and asked for a table by the fireplace. The restaurant was completely and graciously prepared for us: the table was exactly where we requested; the menus already had happy birthday written on them; the weight staff was alerted that it was a birthday and acknowledge that; they brought a special dessert with a candle for the birthday celebrant; and the weight staff wrote a little handwritten note of congratulations. From the food to where we were seated, from the service to the tiramisu with a candle, everything that the staff did made my friend’s birthday a real celebration. Thank you, Piatti!!

   Terrible food for too much money. Went for lunch and entrees were mostly around $27. No lunch-type options. Ordered “margarita flatbread” for $19 and it was a plate sized slab of pizza dough with tomato sauce and a little cheese. Will not return.
