   Girl serving was brilliant but one of our meals was forgotten so we had to wait 20 mins after initial servings to receive my son’s meal. Spoilt the experience

   I won't lie: I love pho as a dish, and used to love it as a chain, but it has lost it's way. The broth lacks any depth and the brisket, which should have a deep beefy taste, was like it had been boiled for a few minutes. I won't go again, unless Pho take a step back and start making pho again. I have been to cities with strong Vietnamese heritage and it is way better, with more lime, more spice, a deeper broth, more freshness and more overall va va boom. Pho should give you a kick up the backside.

   Perfect experience. We had probably the best spring rolls ever; light and crispy. The pho soups were devine. I loved that the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely one to come back to.

   Didn't have our reservation then sat us down without menus, and despite having 2 small children no one came to us having been sat there for 15 mins despite another couple sitting next to us, coming in after us and getting served. Very disappointed

   The whole experience with Pho Castle Street was fantastic, right through from booking, being politely asked to reconfirm, through to the restaurant experience, food, service and overall ambience of the restaurant, couldn't be faulted! Owen in particular was amazing, went out of his way to ensure everything was in order while we were there. Will definitely return again, and again!

    I've eaten at Pho before and found it excellent but last night left a lot to be desired. Took 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive and an hour for the starters. Main course eventually arrived after being there 2 hours. Cold and tasteless. After looking forward to eating there I can honestly say I wish I'd gone to the chippy.
