   We were a group of five on Saturday night. While we enjoyed the meal, we were really shocked at how poor the service was, from start to finish. We had to get the waiting staff’s attention at every single course, including to order some tap water when we arrived as we had been sitting unattended for over 10 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t full or particularly busy, it was actually quite quiet. There were 4 staff on the floor which was plenty to cover all the tables there but it was as though they were avoiding looking at any of their customers! Two of them were scrolling on their phones too which was really frustrating when our table really needed cleared. Throughout the two course meal (we were there nearly 3 hours!) we only managed to catch a member of staff for help when they were finished serving another table and moved passed our table. It felt really awkward and to be honest if we didn’t have to pay a service charge we wouldn’t have tipped. Such a shame as the food here is good and we’ve all been before. But the service completely let it down and really needs addressed.

   Staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended are the chicken wings, pork spring rolls, squid, pork rice bowl and phojito. Good food, good service. 5 star.

   Excellent food to celebrate a birthday .Amazing gluten free selection . Forced wine and superb service .,Thank you . The jasmine tea flower was stunning !

   Absolutely outstanding food really good for people who have dairy and gluten allergies we was so impressed to be even able to have a dessert. Staff was so friendly and helpful really had a great time.

   Fab if you’re gluten free. Everything is so fresh. Quick service. A bit noisy but can’t be helped I guess.

   Food was unreal for me. I even asked the waiter to let the chef know it was so tasty. Tofu curry was to die for. Mum had the curry pho said it was just ok. We want to come back and try more from the menu as it was good value. Only took it down a few points for the wait time but it was a Saturday night. Also music was just a little too loud. Only thing to mention is the toilet is in a awkward place so waiters are going around with plates might cause an accident. Definitely going to try again!

    We have used this restaurant many times before. Food is always excellent. There didn’t seem to be enough staff on our last visit. Slow to take our order. Had to ask for water and chop sticks. I would always book as there is usually a queue of people waiting to get in.
