The food was amazing as always. My wife’s dish was a little bit spicier than advertised, but it was still very delicious. We even had cheesecake for dessert and it was great.

Waiter was very nice; kitchen was extraordinarily backed up, so service was slow; then food arrived and was really not good - a rarity for the chain. likely a "one off" but will think twice before returning to this location; compounding the mediocrity, there was no substantive apology for the sub-standard service

Everything was great except the hostess kept us waiting for ten minutes. She said she was getting a table ready. When we went into the restaurant to our table there were dozens of empty tables. The restaurant was about 20% full and all tables were clean. Obvious to us she wanted to do something else before seating us. I know that’s trivial, but it’s what we remember.

It is so odd when I grew up there were nice Chinese restaurants with table cloths and incredible food and service. PF. Changs is the only one left to have a dress up Chinese dinner. Thanks for the experience and the food was great as were the cocktails which is another thing Chinese restaurants have let go.

We hadn’t been to a PF Changs in years, and went because it was a reservation that was available (Friday night at 7:30 on commencement weekend). Service was phenomenal. The young lady you attended us was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Food was a different matter, though I do not believe it is specific to this particular location. The edamame and pork egg roll appetizers were great. I ordered the Singapore rice noodles, is typically rice noodles with curry powder, small pieces of chicken, roast pork, and small shrimp, and some vegetables, typically carrots, celery, and onion. What arrived almost resembled plate of spaghetti with sauce. Everything was wet with some wretched tasting sauce, there were tomatoes (of all things), giant chunks of green onion, large pieces of flavorless chicken and shrimp (no pork), and no other veg. The manager confirmed this was a new recipe and was not getting very good feedback. My son ordered the chicken fried rice. I could smell burned soy sauce in the rice as soon as they put it down in front of him. He ate the chicken and oranges. He and I ended up eating nothing else but steamed rice. Wife and daughter said their food was ok, not great, but ok. Once again, service was great, and the food issues were likely not a location specific thing. I just wish the $100 meal would have been worth the money.

Restaurant was understaffed (it was eclipse weekend). Server was friendly and apologetic. Took 30 minutes to get seated despite having reservation. Took 45 minutes for food to come out, and dishes were not correct. Food is also pretty meh. Dishes were either bland or gooey/sweet.

It took forever to get our food even though the restaurant was empty. Entrees were so tiny. So they cut back on portions and raised their prices. Too bad, this place used to be a favorite of ours.
