   We go to PF Chang’s all of the time, it’s one of my kids favorite. This was not a very good experience. We ordered an appetizer. The table next to us ordered right after us. Their appetizer came and shortly after their entrees. Nothing for us yet. Then our soup showed up. Then about 10 minutes later there were our entrees. No appetizer. Our server was not around and the food was brought by a different server. When she came she said we could get now get the appetizer. We declined. The food was also not great. I got the steak teriyaki bowl. The veggies tasted burnt. My daughter got crispy honey chicken. It came as orange chicken. The sever apologized and said it was the second time it happened that day. They fixed it but her food came out when the rest of were done eating. The manger did help and took care of us but it was not a great experience. We will be back to give them another try soon.

   Cocktail was excellent - will come back just for the drink. Appetizers good. Entree- Spicy food was rather ‘plain’, would be nice if we could request extra spice. Mongolian Beef - served lukewarm warm, salty. Waiter was attentive, excellent timing.

   I ordered hot and sour soup which was served lukewarm and had to be sent back for reheating, then the coating on my crispy honey shrimp entree was literally gooey. 😢 I ended up just removing the coating and eating some of the shrimp, but left over 1/2 uneaten on my plate. My husband’s salad and sesame chicken were excellent. Our server was very polite and apologetic about the food prep.

   This was an out of town visit and we chose PF Chang’s knowing their food and standards. This was our first time with the new menu and what we had was up to their standards.

    This was the first time I've ordered something that I truly didn't like. I mentioned it to the waitress, and almost instantly, the manager came over and said, "What else can we prepare for you?" They quickly and friendly brought me something else, and it was fantastic! Great service, very professional, totally satisfied!
