We generally like this restaurant. This time the service was poor, wrong orders were brought and some items were over cooked. It may be a while before we return.

Food was just ok.. the “crispy” honey shrimp was nothing but crispy. I made a reservation for two people to celebrate a birthday and when we got there the restaurant was pretty much empty. They still took a few minutes to arrange our table. I had to remind them (again) that we were celebrating a birthday but they did have a nice sparkler and ice cream.

Our party of 3 got seated, and no server came over for over 10mins. No menu no water no greeting, even with over 5 servers walking around us and clearly seeing we were there. The restaurant was at 25 percent capacity if anything, pretty ridiculous so we left. Told the manager about it on the way out and offered to comp the meal if we stayed. Unfortunately, money(complimentary or paid meal) can't replace the bad and ridiculous experience for me.

Table was set a little more fancy with a birthday card and nice place mats. Great service and food! 4 stars because it was very cold in the restaurant.
